Explanation of Benefits (EOB) continue to be mailed to your policy address on file. However, should you misplace or not have received the EOB, you can make a submission request to your dedicated inbox, MCCCD@solsticebenefits.com. You can expect to receive your EOB within 24-48 hours of your request.

As a Maricopa County Community College District employee, you can select one of three dental plan options available. With these plans you and your family have a multitude of benefits.


High DPPO Plan

  • Calendar year max (CYM): $6,000 per person, per year
  • $2,000 orthodontia benefit per person
  • White fillings are covered as part of the Restoration coinsurance of 90% in-network and 75% out-of-network.
  • Enhanced coverage of crowns with replacement every five years
  • Pediatric coverage up to the age of 18
  • Sealant coverage up to the age of 19
  • Coverage on adult and pediatric orthodontia services
  • Over 10,000 AZ provider options for dental care - 370,000+ nationwide
  • No waiting period for orthodontics or any other services at any time

Low DPPO Plan

  • Calendar year max (CYM): $1,000 per person, per year
  • $1,000 orthodontia benefit per person
  • Maximum carryover benefit of $1,000
  • Enhanced coverage of crowns with replacement every five years
  • Pediatric coverage up to the age of 16
  • Coverage on adult and pediatric orthodontia services
  • Over 10,000 AZ provider options for dental care - 370,000+ nationwide
  • No waiting period for orthodontics or any other services at any time

S700B DHMO Plan

  • Over 500 procedures covered at a copayment
  • Coverage on adult and pediatric orthodontia services
  • Coverage on dental implants
  • 3,000 AZ provider options for dental care - 80,000+ nationwide
  • Open access provider network - means you don't need to select a primary dentist
  • No waiting period for orthodontics or any other services at any time
